I constantly see videos about how easy it is to make passive income. I even saw one that said “income for lazy people” and let’s be honest if you plan to make a decent income you will need to put in hard work. Yes once you have everything rolling you can make money while you sleep. But it’s going to be at least 6 months.

Picking your niche

There are many passive income opportunities to choose from. In my opinion you would want to pick something you are interested in so, it’s easier to get started. It will feel like you aren’t working. But you also need to to be something customers would be interested in.

Wha is a Niche

A niche is anything a person is best fitted for such as a job, place, and activity. If you have knowledge about animals maybe you want to create printable checklists based on feeding times and amounts. If you are artistic you can draw coloring sheets or stickers. Maybe you are a housekeeper and you want to create checklists for cleaning or making sure you have all the supplies you need. There are a never ending list.
